What a awesome day, I love family days....The kids were pretty busy yesterday...getting ready for the Easter bunny..I always sucker them into cleaning their rooms....You know the Easter Bunny comes in your rooms at night to check on you and he would be upset to see a messy room...WORKS EVERY YEAR :) SUCKERS!!!!! HA!!! So clean rooms and we blew out eggs (that is a chore itself) the kids dyed them and they turned out pretty cool..(as you can see in the photo on the table)...Made the bunny thank you cards and of course left him carrots!!!!
The kids were snug in there beds and the bunny got BUSY.....set out the baskets...stuffed 130 eggs and hide them....made sure he left his bunny fur all over the house and got his tail stuck in the door :) ate some carrots and made a mess!!!!
Skylar was the first one up and made sure she made LOUD noises to wake everyone else up :) They were so excited!!! Started with the baskets and you can see everything is labeled with their names or we would have BIG fights!!!! Then did the Easter egg hunt INSIDE (darn snow)....I gave Mason a 2 minute head start as the three other kids are pretty speedy finders :) Then off to my In-Laws for GOOD food...I love going over there GOOD FOOD and sit on my BUTT all day...can't beat it!!!! We all had A really good time...I LOVE FAMILY DAYS....Todd and I got into a wrestling match and I kicked his BUTT...I think I am going to sign up for woman's wrestling....seriously I fight dirty :) He redeemed himself by beating me in Ping-Pong...BUT I would rather carry the wrestling victory :)
Off for a long run tomorrow to burn off ALL the candy and food I ate :) It was all worth it!!!!

Sounds like a great day. I was trying to remember back to when I was a kid and how my mom did Easter egg hunts with five of us. You are smart about the clean rooms. I am goign to try that next year!

I did not BLOW out 130 eggs My head would have popped off,:) as it is really hard work...We blew out 36 eggs and I stuffed 130 plastic eggs with candy!!!
You family is so beautiful!!! It looks like the Easter Bunny was super good to your kids. So who had more fun? The kids or the Easter bunny?
Oh, the Easter bunnies are tired today, no? HAHA...my kids are all jacked up on jelly beans and junk - plus I have their cousins over today- woo hoo!
