I was soooo happy to see Britney pull herself together...she looks awesome!! I felt sorry for her last year at the VMA's...she was called trash/fat and many other nasty non called for comments....So this year I was really rooting for her.....I TOTALLY give her credit of keeping her chin up high and returning back to the VMA's this year...that shows guts!!!! I always want the under-dogs to win.....I was thrilled to see her come out on top and not let the media crash her to the ground!!!
As that being said...I am sure I will get some slack on actually liking Britney and YES I listen to her tunes on my ipod (no shame)...but she is only human and every one makes mistakes and gets in a deep funk at times, but it is how we scrape ourselves off the pavement and conquer our mistakes and inner demons.......we live & learn and proceed on with life:) Every day is a NEW beginning!!!! So good for you Brit for turning it around....(You think she reads my blog....ha ha totally joking)
P.s. Can you tell I REALLY do not have much to blog about ;)

I am happy for her too. Sad what stardom and too much money can do to a person. I hope she can stay on the straight and narrow, for her boys.
Still waiting. But now it says they've received my scores. I have a feeling there's a lot of laughing going on over at the federation as they review my exam!
We've all gone through "train wreck" moments, some worse than others.
Let's hope she really is on the right path.
I can definitely tell that you don't have much to talk about. LOL!! I hope that she can keep herself together and can give her kids a good life. I have to say, she does look pretty hot in that pic. :-)

Actually, I really do feel bad for Britney because the paparazzi has been SOOOOOOOOOOOOO evil to her and I think it would be really tough to be in her shoes. And no, nobody is perfect.
In fact, I think a study could be done on all child stars showing that getting into it at such an early age made them a bit cuckoo...look at Michael Jackson! He had INCREDIBLE talent, simply AMAZING but I think that stuff made him kinda nuts. And then look at Drew Barrymore...took her awhile to clean her act up.
Anyway, I wish the media would just leave the poor girl alone so she can try to get her life together. I can't even imagine what that must be like.
I will say, however, that I have never, nor will I EVER play her songs in spinning. Just can't do it. ;)
Mel, Britney deserves the right to turn her life around! Your heart is in the right place! We can be honest without tearing someone down and we can encourage people to be all that they can be! Thank God for new avenues and new paths and bright tomorrows! Wish Britney could see your Blog, it would make her smile. I am laughing so hard, I mean, I am REALLY laughing, like falling off the chair laughing! Britney! LOVE it... only you would post her and be so kind (even though others may feel it too). YOU are so awesome, always seeing the best in EVERYONE and hoping the BEST for everyone... even girls who drive without putting their babies in a car seat! I fell into the same funk as Brit and I'm pulling myself together. However, there are somedays when I run down Ali'i Drive and the papparazzi are all over me! I mean can't a guy go out for a run in his speedo's and not get bothered?

I think that 'In the Zone' is one of my top 5 favorite albums to run to. Just the right mix of fast beats, uptempo songs and a few slows ones through in for warm up and recovery! Just perfect!!
AMEN sistah! Although I'm not the biggest fan of her music, I totally believe that Britney deserves a fresh start...
